My name is Michelle Sorensen and I am a full service caterer with over 20 years of experience. My company, Michelle Sorensen Catering, is a Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce member specializing in corporate lunches and meetings. We maintain a commercial kitchen with space available to hold events for up to 175 people. Contact us to discuss your special events and to see our individualized menus for lunches, dinners, parties, etc.While we specialize in corporate lunches and meetings, we continue to facilitate larger functions as well. Some of the events we have catered include:
- York School’s 50th Anniversary, Fine Arts Weekends, and many of their Major Donor Appreciation Events.
- United States Tennis Association Women’s Senior Hard Court National Championship at Chamisal Tennis Club.
- Carmel Foundation’s Groundbreaking Event, as well as their Major Donor Appreciation Events.
